Group wide our median pay gap is 20%, however this is significantly influenced by our largest business – construction, which in common with the rest of that industry has a traditionally male workforce, (79% in our case). The legacy of this means that there are currently fewer females across the whole business, especially in Senior Management positions, a profile we are working towards redressing.
