Commercial Vehicle Maintenance

A fully qualified team of 30 technicians and associated staff maintain over 500 vehicles and trailers in a 12 bay service centre complex, enabling vehicle down-time to be kept to a minimum.

As well as running a franchised Renault service and parts facility, Clugston technicians are experienced in working on all brands of commercial vehicles and trailers, including Scania, DAF, Volvo, Mercedes Benz and MAN. Furthermore, they are experienced in looking after the more specialised vehicles in use, such as horse or car transporters, extendable or trombone trailers, and pressurised powder tankers, and cater for both individuals as well as Fleet Managers.

In addition to scheduled maintenance and repairs, our on-site specialist services also include:

• Renault trucks franchised service and parts dealer
• HGV / LGV and ADR testing (MOT) by DVSA Inspectors at our Authorised Testing Facility (ATF)
• Roller brake testing and tachograph calibration
• Welding and fabrication
• 24 hour breakdown service
• Steam cleaning
• Pipe and coupling fabrication and pressure testing
• MOT preparation on all makes of commercial vehicles and semi trailers
• AdBlue sales on account
