Clugston Developments/Estates Limited have high regard towards Corporate and Social Responsibility. As the awareness around the benefits of carbon efficient construction continue to develop, we strive to support the growing occupational demand for environmentally innovative building technology.

All buildings (subject to specific occupational requirements) will be developed out under the BREEAM and EPC regime with the aim to provide an occupier with a BREEAM rated "very good" or "excellent" product.

We continue to work with our professional teams on design and delivery. Through the continued evolution of building technology, we aim to deliver a cost effective product upon sale or lease, providing the ability to benefit from ongoing occupational cost savings against a future back drop of rising energy pricing.
