Clugston Estates Limited in partnership with Limes Developments Limited developed out and managed over 100 acres of land for mixed use development.

The Joint Venture successfully developed out 45,000 sq.ft of non-food retail scheme, Brewers Fayre and Travel Inn and secured residential consent on the balance of the land for forward sale to the residential development market.
