Bretton Street Business Park, Dewsbury

Bretton Street Business Park, a joint venture between Clugston Estates Limited and PPG Land was completed in 2009. The 27 acre site provided the local business community with in excess of 400,000 sq.ft. of industrial and distribution accommodation across various sized units.

The joint venture partnership worked closely with Kirklees District Council and the local business community to deliver this high quality business park within a 5 year period.
