Clugston Developments Limited and Clugston Estates Limited are the Property Division operating companies within Clugston Group Limited.

The Development team have considerable experience in a wide range of commercial development projects all backed by the financial resources and construction and management skills available within the Group.

With offices in Scunthorpe and Leeds, Clugston Developments/Estates Limited are active on a number of projects primarily across the North of England and the East Midlands. Scheme values have ranged from £1million upwards to £120 million.

Clugston Developments/Estates Limited will work on a direct development basis, or in joint venture partnership with land owners, occupiers, funding institutions and other development companies.

The business takes pride in its developments portfolio, aiming to complete all projects to a consistently high standard across all sectors. Above all, it believes that a straight forward and open approach to development promotes repeat business and is in the long term best interests of the company and its clients.

Mark Hancock M.A., Non Executive Director A founding director of Talisman Capital, Mr. Hancock has been involved in the property sector since graduating from Cambridge University with an M.A. in Land Economy. Mr. Hancock also set up Amerdale Group Ltd, in 2003, a privately-funded development and investment company with a portfolio of approximately £100 million. He subsequently structured and completed the sale of the company to Kilmartin in 2007.
