Clugston appoints new Distribution Services General Manager

Clugston Group, one of the North’s leading privately owned companies, with interests in construction, logistics and property, has recently appointed David Heath as general manager at Clugston Distribution Services, the logistics arm of the group.
In his new role Mr. Heath will be looking to develop new business opportunities whilst also consolidating and strengthening the company’s existing revenue streams.
Mr. Heath has extensive transport, distribution and logistics expertise, as well as significant experience gained from working for leading operators in a variety of business sectors. This includes most recently, two senior roles with TDG leading their hazardous and bulk operations and five years undertaking roles in separate areas of Wincanton’s industrial operations. Earlier career experience includes working with major retailers, fuel, drink and food industries - all were within haulage, distribution and logistics operations.
