Clugston supports major construction study

With the economy stalling and fears of a double dip recession Clugston Construction along with fellow members of the UKCG, a body representing the major contractors in the UK have commissioned a study to demonstrate the impact and importance of the construction industry to the regional economies across the UK.In doing this it hopes to demonstrate the case for maintaining investment in construction.

The report follows on an earlier paper "Construction in the UK- The Benefits of Investment". In that publication, which was targeted at politicians ,Government Departments and Local Authorities, the case was put forward to demonstrate the social and economic benefits of investing in the UK's infrastructure and construction industry.
