Quine, the specialist ground engineering division of Clugston has been called upon by the 11th Duke of Marlborough to help with essential maintenance work within the grounds of the world heritage site, Blenheim Palace

Working for the Duke the team have been assigned the task of repairing a 300 year old ‘draw off’ culvert, which is located 4m under the surface of the  Garden Lake.    This essential maintenance work is needed to ensure the culverts are kept in good working order to stop various parts of the gardens from flooding which if not in place, could lead to major problems to the foundations of the Palace.

The works are part of the Palace's major renovation works which have taken place in the Capability Brown landscaped grounds over this past summer.
