CLUGSTON DEVELOPMENTS EXPAND

Clugston Developments have recently opened a new regional office in the centre of Leeds as a result of the growth in business in West and South Yorkshire involving partners and professionals based in Leeds.

The new office is in the prestigious 1 City Square office block which is a landmark building in the heart of the city’s business quarter.

Commenting Clugston Developments managing director, Bob Culliford said: “This is a significant move to consolidate the business at the centre of our traditional market as a first step in our strategy to grow the business in Yorkshire and the North East of England.”

Bob Culliford also reported further successful progress on one of the company’s major projects, the 200 acre Redhouse Interchange Business Park near Doncaster which is a joint venture with Scarborough developments. A 261,000 sq ft warehouse has been recently beeen completed and sold on to AXA Investments. Work is well underway on a 655,000 sq ft warehouse for Gazeley properties for an ASDA warehouse. This leaves only one 17 acres site remaining on the park.
