Mini Piling

G L Quine offer a range of mini-pile systems that can be used both to underpin and to provide additional bearing capacity in new structures.

The type of pile used is tailored to meet the specific requirements of the project in terms of structure type, ground conditions, loadings and access.

The piles are generally used in conjunction with needle beams, cantilever beams (where ground conditions are suitable) and reinforced concrete foundations. Piles can be installed through existing concrete foundations , raft slabs and floor slabs, reducing the extent of reconstruction afterwards. The equipment, mini rig or Grundomat, is capable of working within buildings and at low headroom.
