This design and build project for the Abbey was to provide boarding school accommodation and common areas comprising of 42 rooms to house 40 girls. This is the second project that Clugston Construction has completed for the Abbey, the first being Hume House, accommodation for 70 boys that comprehends 80 rooms.
Materials used on the project are stainless steel for the roof and natural stone and cedar boarding to the external envelope. The project incorporated pre-formed bathroom units supplied by Sterchele and were imported from Venice, Italy.
