Warehouse and Ancillary Works

This 55,000 sq.ft. steel framed warehouse also includes offices and a high spec showroom. The warehouse comprised a steel portal framed building finished with a combination of profiles and flat aluminium cladding panels. The floor slab to the warehouse was ground bearing and was constructed from fibre reinforced concrete using jointless construction techniques. Key features of the fitting out were the high quality joinery and the installation of ceramic flooring and sanitary ware.

This contract also included a car park, landscaping and a service yard.
