The design and construction of a 240,000 sq ft warehouse, 15m to eaves, with single storey offices, roads, vehicle parking and circulation areas. The site was formerly occupied by a power station. The warehouse is a steel framed construction with profiled steel insulated clad envelope, category 1 suspended ground floor slab and sprinkle protection throughout the building.
