Redhouse Doncaster

Chase Park is a 14 acre office park with additional support services including leisure, hospitality and food and beverage. The site is a joint venture development site between Clugston Estates and the Scarborough Development Group who form Redhouse Projects Ltd.

Clugston has worked on the site previously and was awarded this Design and Build contract to provide two new, two storey speculative office developments. The offices provide over 11000sq.ft of open plan letting space in total with parking for 50 cars.

Chase Park is part of the wider Redhouse Developments and this project was a return to site after initially completing a number of distribution units, a McDonalds restaurant and most recently the construction of a £20m distribution centre for B&Q.
