Steve Radcliffe - Managing DirectorSteve joined the Company in 2007 and is a director of both Clugston Construction and Group. A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Steve has a proven track record in Construction, including 17 years with Interserve, in addition to service with AMEC, Nuttall and Barhale. Steve has actively served on a number of construction bodies including CECA, NCF and ICE and currently UKCG. |

Rod Fry - Construction DirectorRod first joined the Company in 1989 as a project manager and has progressed through regional management roles to be appointed Construction Director in 2008. He has responsibility for ensuring that construction projects are successfully delivered to our customers requirements and Company standards. |

Martin Axon - Human Resources DirectorMartin started with the Company as a graduate trainee 1978-81 completing the then IPM professional qualification. A series of successful HR positions followed in multi national electronic, telecommunications, manufacturing and service Plc’s reaching Board level. Following a period with an FE College as a Director he returned to Clugston in 1998. |

Paul Gouland - Marketing DirectorPaul is involved in the development of Clugston's customer base and sector knowledge. In recent years he has led the company's involvement in PPP and successfully assembled a number of consortia to bid for these complex projects. A psychology graduate from York University he also has the CIM diploma in marketing. |

Andrew Allingham - Commercial DirectorWith over 33 years experience in the construction industry ,many of them with major multinational contractors, Andrew has responsibility for all commercial and contractual matters at Clugston Construction. One of his key tasks is the development and ongoing management of the company's overall risk management strategy. |
